I've got a couple of outstanding tags, but the one I'm going to tackle first is from the lovely Victoria at 13mimosa. Head over there and check out her etsy shop where her irresistable Lala dolls are as enchanting as her writing.
7 random things about me
1. Everyone except Matt shortens my name, or creates variations on my maiden name and family nickname.
2. I had really bad morning sickness for a large part of my pregnancy and my sense of smell totally changed as a result. Even the slightest whiff of M's old Diptyque aftershave Philosykos makes me gag, and I had to throw out all of my perfumes. I haven't yet found a new one which doesn't make me feel ill, although I'm constantly searching.
3. I love salty things. I could eat a jar of cornichons in one go, and have an insatiable appetite for tomato juice. Gosh, I'm attractive company!!!
4. When I was little I longed for a big brother (I'm the eldest sibling in my family). I wanted one so much I created an imaginary one who I used to make up stories about and talk to on the way to school. He was called Christopher after a boy in my primary one class who had the most beautiful dark brown hair.
5. I hate, hate, hate talking on the phone. Even my mother has learned how to text as a result. It's a big problem as it is the preferred method of communication of two of my closest friends. I'll procrastinate, ignore, go to bed early, let the batteries on my phone run down, anything rather than make a call. But I spent 40 minutes yesterday to one of them who is about to have a baby and didn't want to put the phone down. It's always top of my new year's resolutions - make more of an effort to phone them!
6. I don't know whether I want more children. M is the same. I thought I was pregnant at the beginning of the year and it scared me witless. Even though I look back on O's early months as some of the best of my life. I love her so much it's like contemplating a love affair when I think of having another one.
7. I just opened a box of Lindt chocolates which were meant as a thank you for a neighbour. Oops!

hmmm, very interesting that you hate talking on the phone too...on the more than one child front I did worry like that too, but for me it was worry wasted(thankfully!) ...I manage to love them both utterly...for very different things and in quite different ways...but totally and utterly...
Completely relate to 5 and 6 and don't see anything wrong with 7!
I hate talking on the phone! And with you on the second kid thing though I found I actually like my second one more than the eldest at times (she doesn't talk back and she's full of affection). Also, I can love both chocolate and donuts in equal measure (or bacon and blue cheese) and having two kids is like that - you don't love one any less for having another, but you do find out that you're capable of SO MUCH MORE LOVE. I have a three year gap between them so maybe that helps too...
